My daughter who turned 3 today and my 4 year old son (will be 5 on Jan. 31st) decided to color a wall mirror last night. Does anyone have any idea what to use to it off?

What can I do next?

I remember reading that you can sometimes remove crayon by using a blow dryer. The blow dryer heats the wax and then it can just be wiped off.

magic eraser is a good idea, if that doesn't work then I'd try Goo Gone.

Definitely the magic eraser! I used to work in childcare and we used them all the time to clean crayon off of tables, chairs, mirrors, toys, etc. (And I've used it at my own house when my 2 year old decided to go on a coloring spree on the walls.) It works perfectly!

My daughter colored the bathroom mirror and the bathtub. I used a cotton ball with alcohol on it to get it off the mirror. A good scrub got it off the tub no problem. If a cotton ball does not work, try using a rougher cloth like a wash cloth. You can also use the hair dryer trick mentioned already to heat it up first.

Magic Eraser... I know it gets crayon off a wall.

Also, FYI to anyone that has spilled hot candle wax on the carpet. If you lay a towel down (over the wax), and use a hot iron on the towel it pulls the wax right up. Just in case anyone needed to know that. :)

Good luck on the mirror!

It should come off with an alcohol or vinegar base window cleaner and elbow grease.
