I am clueless when it comes to finding a babysitter. I work full time during the week, and I am also a part time massage therapist. My children are in daycare during the week (during the day) but at night and on the weekends i dont know what to do. I would like to (within the next few months) expand my massage business and take on more clients. I would also like to ocasionally start being able to go out on sat nights. How do I find a good babysitter for my girls. How does that work with someone watching them at night? Do they stay over? Any advice would be appriciated.

I wish I knew the answer. My husband and I have been trying to find a babysitter now for a few months. People said to post on Craigslist. I have done it twice and I might have two prospects... although the one that sounded the best has disappeared? It's really frustrating and so hard. I was also recommended to check with child development at high schools or local colleges. I tried a few but didn't have much luck. If you figure out the secret, please let me know. Good luck!
