I think you got a lot of wonderful suggestions in your other post, especially the part about your daughter not being ready.
You can introduce the potty. You take her in the bathroom every 30 minutes. You can have her run around the house half-naked. You can have her sit on the seat. You can let her watch you go potty BUT...until she decides she wants to do it there isn't a whole lot you can do. Pressuring her will only make the process stressful for her and she'll be less likely to try. Controlling the bladder and the bowels is completely up to her, not you.
It's great that you're introducing a lot of concepts to her. When she is ready and actually wants to go (clearly she doesn't want to or isn't ready to since you indicate that she gets off the potty seat when she has to go pee or poo), she will be very familiar with everything she needs to do and where to go.
For now, the best thing you can do is back off and quit pressuring her.
