I Am I Pregnant

Hi there ~ I had a IUD in also for about 2 1/2 yrs and I had it taken out Sept of 2005 and we started trying about a week after I had it taken out. After a few months I had the same problems you are having ( backache, cramping, etc). My period would also be like 3-5 days late and I would get excited that I would be pregnant, but I wasn't. It turned out that I was having cysts which I was told by my DR it is common to get those after having a IUD. Anyways he told me to just keep trying and not to worry so much about it (I know easier said then done) and that if I didnt get pregnant by the end of the summer then he would consider other options. Well I am pleased to say that after taking his advice and not worrying about it all the time I found out that I was pregnant on Fathers Day...I hope that this gives you some help. I never had an IUD but I had cramping and backaches like I was going to start for WEEKS when I was first pregnant, and before I knew I was. Take a test!!! :) Good Luck!!

Yes, I have. Actually that is one of the symptoms that I first noticed with both of my pregnancies. Lots of cramping and my back hurt so bad I had to sleep with a heat pad.
