If you can't afford a doctor, contact Planned Parenthood. They might be able to see you for free or a reduced price. Wait a week and take another test. If it's still negative, you're not pregnant.
I am so confused.. ugh... I really never thought I would be one of the people asking a am I pregnant question, but I need other opinions, PLEASE! I have 2 daughters, so i know what it feels like to be pregnant, but some things just arent adding up and im getting annoyed, and I definately cannot afford to go to the DR.

- I am having crazy heartburn that I cannot get rid of...
-I am having a crazy increased sex drive...
- this afternoon i noticed that my nipples, not my breasts, but just my nipples are very tender
but heres the kicker, i have taken 3 tests and they are all negetive, the last one i took was on the 27th....

Since you took the last test ON THE DAY your cycle was supposed to arrive, it wasn't really missed. I would wait one week and then test. If you do not want to wait and cannot afford a doctor, then you need to go to Planned Parenthood or your local Social Services office and get a blood test done.
I realize you didn't ask this - however - I'm going to put it out there....If you can't afford a doctor, please make sure that you don't have unprotected sex.
You might be having a hormone surge. I don't know. Our bodies do strange things!!
I'd wait a few more days and then test again, using your very first urine of the morning which would have the highest possible concentration of HCG. I've only gotten positive tests when testing several days after the missed period.
Too early to tell. Wait a week at least. Hope that you are okay, healthwise.

Hi T.,
A woman's health center, like Hope Pregnancy Resource Center in Boone, will give you a blood test, options and etc., not judgement!
Good luck to you!
Well this is frustrating. Just because you can't afford the outrageous fee that doctor's charge for even the most minor thing doesn't mean you won't be able to afford a baby. I don't have traditional insurance and am pregnant. My O/B wants $2500 to be paid by 25 weeks gestation...and that's not including the hospital fees, etc.! Just because I don't have $10k sitting around (who does?) does not mean I can't afford to love and raise a baby. It's a broken system, folks. Unemployed people that live on welfare (and love it!) are breeding by the thousands...but people that work hard but don't have $800 a month to pay for insurance with maternity coverage can't? We're being punished for being responsible!
I can't tell you if you're pregnant or not, T.. But good heavens, don't let the fact that you don't have an endless supply of money (or good health coverage) stop you from keeping and loving this potential child. There are programs out there that can help you pay for the pregnancy. My state (AZ) has them and yours probably does to. If you are pregnant, educate yourself on your options and then love the dickens out of this baby. You'll be fine!
P.S. We do have a fantastic form of insurance, by the way. It's a Christian sharing plan called "Samaritan Ministries" and 100% of my pregnancy will be covered....right after the baby's born. So it's a little tricky to deal with payment plans, etc. but still a fantastic alternative to "traditional" insurance. If you're a Christian and live a faith-based lifestyle, check them out!
P.P.S. Please go to a Crisis Pregnancy Center before you ever go to Planned Parenthood....they are the number 1 leading abortion provider in the country (that's basically ALL they are, really) and it has been PROVEN and recorded that they WILL push you to abort....it's where they make all their money. I wouldn't step foot in that horrid place.
As others note, Planned Parenthood or your county health department should be able to help you for free.
If you cannot afford a doctor for a pregnancy test, please think now about how you can afford one to look after you while you are pregnant, when you deliver, a pediatrician for the baby, etc. If you have no insurance at all, please get in touch immediately with the county health department to find out where you can find free or sliding-scale-fee care ASAP. If you are pregnant, you don't want to go through a pregnancy with zero prenatal care -- that puts you and your baby in danger.
Even if you are not pregnant please get help and advice on how to get medical care for your children. Find out if you qualify for Medicaid or other government programs. No one should go without adequate care, but unfortunately in our system, people do. There ARE safety nets out there to help, especially with kids -- many states have health "insurance" programs that are just to cover the kids of families that cannot otherwise afford any care. Look into it for your kids' sakes.

Take some antacids and wait two weeks. You should know for sure, by 2 weeks. Either way, take good care and try not to stress about it. It sounds like its too early to tell if you are---
