I Need a Skin Regime!

My entire life my skin regime has consisted of simply washing my face with soap and water. When I think about it, I do a little sun screen in the morning. Lately my skin just seems a mess. I think I need to have a better skin care routine, but I have no clue where to start. I got overwhelmed looking at products on the skin care aisle! I haven't been to the mall in over a year and would like to keep it that way - so I am hoping to get suggestions of products I can get easily at a drug store or discount store. Any and all help is appreciated!!! TIA!

What can I do next?

I used to do the same thing with skin (soap and water) and after I had my daughter, my face just got extremely dry. My stepsister's SIL sold Arbonne and I gave it a try. I can't say enough about how great it made my skin look and feel! It felt so soft and healthy I was impressed! I use the Nutriminc RE9 products. They are labled antiaging and although I am only 30, I love the way it makes my skin feel and haven't found anything better. As for ordering it, all you have to do is look on this website for independent distributors and place an order, its very easy and it will be mailed to you.

Hi, for years my grandmother used Oil of Olay sensitive skin moisturizer and I thought it was for old people. When I started to break out my dermo told me I needed to have a cleaser and a moisturizer. I now use Purpose soap by Johnson and Johnson and I bought a container to keep it in as well and I now use Oil of Olay sensitive skin moisturizer and my face looks great. No more break outs and the paper always has coupons for Oil of Olay. Hope this helps!

Stacey,
I love my Arbonne. I used to us noxema to clean my face, when I was younger. I have finally found something that works and I love. ###-###-####, call this number and talk to Melanie. She will answer any questions you might have.

Whatever you do these are the basic steps:

Cleanse (I use a foaming cleanser, not soap)
Tone (I use cosmetic tonic)
Moisturize (For night I use one with vitamin C)
Protect (For day I use a moiturizer with C and spf 15)

I use Beauticontrol and sell it on the side to friends and family. If you're interested I have some samples I could send you or if you're really into home parties I do spa parties where everyone gets to spa their hands and feet. It's fun.

I can tell you I've heard good things about Olay too. It seems to always be on the news.

I use Arbonne and it's the only product I've used where I actually saw a difference in the way my skin looked. My hubby even noticed the difference, he said my face looked healthier. You should try it out.

I completely understand about the whole skin care issue. I had the same type of situation but I was given some samples of a newer skin care system and they seemed to really help with all of my issues. I haven't been back to the dermatologist since I started with the products. They are not your typical drugstore/discount store products. They seemed to be a little higher priced initially but once I ordered the products and seen how concentrated they are - I realized that I am actually saving money. I purchase mine through my girlfriend - she is a sales rep for the company. If you are interested in getting some samples - email her at ____@____.com. I know that she would be happy to send you a few samples.

I m the same way! I have never been into anything except soap and water and occasionally some sunscreen, but now, at 46, I am hoping it's not too late! That being said, about 2 years ago I started selling and using Avon products. We have a complete line of skin care products and regimens to fit every skin type and budget.

I use Nicole Miller products, she is a fashion designer and you can get her clothes at JC Penney and other department stores. She was a customer of Melaleuca for years and she went to them asking for them to develop a line of skincare and makeup that was toxin free and comparable to expensive brands like Lancome and Este Lauder. They did this and you can see all the products she has to offer at www.melaleuca.com just click on beauty. Her products are great and are about 40% of what you'd pay for those you can get at Dillards. Let me know if you have any questions. I can tell you more about which ones I use or have used.
