hi! my name is C., too! i live in riversdide...... to lose weight is to work out HARD and eat healthy food. i lost several pounds by eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and sometimes snack or dessert. i dont eat anything after 7 pm. i work on my treadmill 5 days a week for 30 min (something i havent done lately!) i am 4 foot 10 and my heaviest was 115 after 2 pregnancies, now i am at 103 and would like to go down to 100 even.
i cut down on sodas and drink a lot of water which helps fill up my stomach.
thats about the best advice i could give you! :)
