Hi A.,
To be honest, it sounds like you are getting ready to start your period. After ovulation, your temps will increase due to the presence of progesterone. It takes about 2 weeks for the progesterone to diminish, and when it does, your temp will drop and your period will start. If you are pregnant, the implanted embryo will produce progesterone, thereby keeping your temp high. If you get a temp drop close to when your period is due, it usually means it's coming very soon. You can always take a home pregnancy test. If you did ovulate around July 30th, you should be able to get an accuruate result.
Also, if it turns out that you're not currently pregnant, I know of a great website that helps track fertility signs. I don't want it to seem like I'm soliciting on here, so if you are interested, send me a private message and I will give you the web address.
Good Luck!
All my best!
A.
