I Want Whiter Teeth!

Can anyone recommend some place to go to have my teeth whitened? I have used the trays in the past where you apply the gel overnight, but I would prefer to have my teeth whitened more quickly (hopefully in one sitting) while in the dentist's office. I'm not sure if this would make my teeth more sensitive than using the gel and trays, so I would appreciate hearing about your experiences if you have done this before. Also, if you can recall how much it cost that would be great, too. Thanks for reading and for any advice or recommendations that you may have.

I don't know how well it works, but I've heard that you can whiten them by rubbing strawberries on them.

Ask your dentist! My dentist offers both the trays and gel and the in office whitening. He says that the in office is not as predictible and more costly than the trays. He claims if you do not receive the results you want fromt he gel to have a consultation to see about the in office treatment.
Also, there is the sensitivity issue, try the trays first!

I have had many compliments from the results of using the the trays & gel. Did you know you can get the gel in a strength that allows you to use them for an hour instead of overnight? I touch them up every 6 months & the refills last a year & cost $50.
