Ideas for Place to Hold Birthday Party for 2 y.o.?

Choo Choo Bob's! Sounds like it might be perfect for your situation. If you're not familiar, Choo Choo Bob's is a train store located near the corner of Marshall Ave. and Cleveland in St. Paul. They have a party room for birthdays - I think up to 8 kids, not sure for about $120. (again, don't quote me). There are 8 train tables set up in the back of the store by the party room for kids to play with. It's a great deal and something different - you'd also be supporting local business. ...I got your place! I haven't been there yet, but plan to go soon with my firecrew. I've heard great stuff about it. Go to Captn. Bill and Bonnie's Daniel's Firehall Museum. It's a privately owned firehouse museum located in NE Minneapolis that has been redone in the style of the Children's Museum in downtown ST. Paul. They do kids' birthday parties, complete with a firetruck ride. They also have banquet rooms to rent etc. Go to this website: http://www.firehallmuseum.org/

I'm going to echo someone else's response and say Choo Choo Bob's. It's GREAT for 2-year-olds.

You can also check into the Eagle's Nest in New Brighton, the Blast in Bloomington, and Edinborough Park in Edina. These are all indoor play parks that are great for small (and larger) kids. I like Eagle's Nest the best for multi-age groups, because there's a specific area for toddlers (no one older than 3 allowed) and then another area for any age that feels up to climbing, crawling, sliding, and jumping.

Try Edinborough Park in Edina - it's great! $100 for 10 wristbands, a table for 2 hours, paper products, invites, etc. YOu bring your own food. It was a blast!

We did Broadway pizza because we had as many if not more adults as kids with family. Thay have a room downstairs for larger groups and a caboos in the building. Great Pizza too.
