I recently broke up with my current pediatrician. She always seemed like if we were wasting her time instead of actually caring about our children. So I'm currently looking for pediatricians as well as a good reputation. I'm drowning in the lists that our insurance offers, and personally I can't choose just based by name. We have been with Boulevard Pediatrics since my son was 6 months old (he is now 6)and love the entire practice. Dr. JJ Levenstein is our primary Dr. but my son has been seen by all of the Drs and they are all fabulous. They are all warm and caring. The practice is pretty tech savvy. In addition to calling your Dr you can email the individual Drs a question or concerns and typically get a response back in a couple of hours. They put out a bi-monthly newsletter that talks about illness trends in the valley and illness prevention. Their website is www.boulevardpediatrics.com
west valley pediatrics - one office in west hills one in agoura - there's a team of 7 or 8 doctors - all good - obviously different personalities - we started with dr. spaulding - love him - also really respect dr.bromberg ... as busy and popular as they are - they do everything to get you in and the wait has grown shorter in recent visits ... the insurance thing is tough - not sure what they take .... the agoura office is ###-###-#### - they can give you west hills info ... good luck!!

My son has been seen by the pediatricians at Facey Porter Ranch, currently on Rinaldi and Tampa, but moving soon to the new medical building on Rinaldi across from the Walmart shopping center a couple blocks over to the west. He sees Dr. David Chien regularly and has also seen Dr. Falkowski. They are both caring doctors who take the time to talk to me and have good communication with my son also. My son is 6 years old and has been going there since birth.
I love dr Pejman Salimpour in Sherman oaks and would highly recommend his practise.

We go to Valley Pediatrics - Balboa at 101 Freeway. They are great! Dr. Medawar is our primary doctor - we see her for annual check ups - but there are about 6 doctors in the practice and we see all of them during the year if we have to come in for cold or flu, etc. They are all really great.
