Indoor Activities for 18 Mo. Old and 3 Yr. Old

Why indoors ?
I also had 2 girlys this age [grown up]
back yard swing , sandbox, WAGON !!!!! all day fun
keep shaded and hats on childrens head .
indoors ;
--the sturdy shopping cart and cash register [ fun !]
-baby strollers [ two]

=dress up .. everything

=waitress , apron , tablet, crayon [ washable]
alot of 2 of everything [ helps w/a crisis ]be selective
=teach to share too!!!!
=beauty shop ,chair , vanity , basket of brushes , head bands , fill small water bottles [ harmless] ... no rubber/small barretts bands to choke with !!!
= gather up all stuffed animals ... tah dah ... play dr.vet
- mommy use imagination ...
- also = give children all old elec [ broken] remove cords ... let them play cell phone, text, type , learn letters / numbers !

One of the best toys I ever bought my children was made by Playhut (www.playhut.com). These are play e-z twist structures that can be popped up for play then folded down for storage and put in their own storage bags. The one I bought is smaller than the "Ultimate Playland" on their website. My children are now 16 1/2 and 13 years old, but we still own the Playhut structures. We have used them inside; outside; for a church VBS play time; and now for our friend's 3 and 1 year old children. They still look like new. I cannot recommend this highly enough as a great all around toy that can inspire much fun and imagination for years to come.

Playdoh, coloring, dancing to music, foam stickies, bubbles, puppets (or make paper bag puppets)...
Of course, the little O. will need more help but the older O. might be able to help her out too!

What about playing with balls, building with blocks, playing instruments? Play kitchen sets are fun. Peek-a-Blocks and Roll-a-Rounds would probably interest them both.
