Oh gosh,, we will close escrow on Dec 14 and move into a new house. I cant really ask for much more can I?
My hubby keeps asking me what I want for Christmas and I just have no clue. I got a printer yesterday that was a steal. It's regularly $150 and got it for $40 at Walmart on sale. But for a present I just have no clue. I have been so focused on my LO this past year that I haven't really even though about anything for me. I usually have one thing that I want but I am just baffled this year. So lets here it!

I really want my hubby to get the promotion or new job that he deserves. This would be the best thing in the world!
I haven't even thought about it. We've been through so much lately that I just want a happy day...no one fighting....
i want my kitchen redone..........i think ill be waiting awhile
I'm to the point that I want to go to a special event or I want big items the house needs, like carpeting or such. I want a sane life.
I started working out (on a regular basis) this year and for christmas I am asking for an iPod that I can take to the gym with me
A full time job, financial security.
I never like asking for anything, especially this year.
An awesome, slim digital camera that can live in my purse!!
I'd love to get one of those cupcake holders. You can put a couple dozen decorated cupcakes on them. They fold flat for storage. You can use them instead of cakes at parties or put muffins on them for snack days at work. I went to a big party where they had one and I've wanted one ever since. Maybe Santa will drop one under my tree, eh?
My dream is to have EVERYTHING put away in it's place and the house to be spotless and perfectly cleaned for just one day.I guess that's what heaven will be like for me. Also, to have everyone happy and not asking me why don't we do/have this? If everyone could just appreciate what they have, and boy do my kids have stuff . Have a Happy Thanksgiving =)
Same as every year: flannel pjs, good chocolate, books, running clothes/shoes.
I asked for a kindle ( and some quiet time to read) and a massage. That just sounds heavenly to me!
A new car! But that's definitely not going to happen. My son is giving me a Scentsy warmer and bars, but I picked that out myself. :) I like a week of no arguments with my son, but that is not going to happen either.....
I want a pair of TOMS shoes in either mustard or coral. But a little out of our budget :( If I was really dreaming, I would want an area rug, new curtains or couches.. but that won't be for a looong time!
We buy things as we need them during the year and don't do big holiday or bday gifting.
Last new years eve I got the surprise of my life car and I count that as every bday, anniversary, whatever for the rest of my life!
We do put small gifts under the tree which usually are slippers, spa day, etc.
My daughter will be 17 on the 27th and I asked her, what are you looking for as gifts as a want list. She said... I got a dream car last year, new computer 2 months ago that I needed for school and a new mattress/ box spring I wanted. There's not really anything I want. Wow!
For me..., Uninterrupted sleep. Our sleep patterns are crazy. I would go to a dark room and just sleep. Ahhh perfect
I want what my mother always wanted, "Peace and quiet."
Doesn't look like I'll be getting that this year - again! Instead, I'd gladly take a German word-a-day calendar, Starbucks GC and homemade gifts from my kids.
Mine are all practical items - any of these would be so helpful.
*Imersion blender
*Kitchen Aid stand mixer
*Corelle Corning Wear dishes - so strong, easy to clean, and much thinner than the giant dishes in my cupboards
*Blu-Ray player to replace our rarely functioning dvd player
*Photo scanner that scans directly to a computer/drive - I am starting on a project to take all of our family pics from my parents' photo albums and assemble a photo DVD for each of my siblings
I want a Coach swingpack or Hippie, other than that I've already gotten everything I've wanted over the past few months.
*a pair of soft comfortable slippers ( I hate socks and my feet are cold lol)
*a pair of footed pj's ( like your toddler has) with a butt flap.
Last year I found pj's like that in my size and I love them! Not the most attractive thing to wear, but they are so warm and comfy. But... having to go to the bathroom is horrible cause you have to take them off to go and I get cold all over again.
* a heated toilet seat! But since I know that isn't going to happen, I will settle for a soft one that isn't cracked. I hate sitting down and my butt getting pinched by the cracks in ours.
I personally love to get makeup and/or lotion kits. I have my eye on a couple of makeup sets from Bare Escentuals.....
All my usuals...
Books
Bath and Body
Music
But this year I asked specifically for a full length thick black robe! I asked the one person I know who actually listens to me when I said it...my step mom. She's the best!
For us to have safe travels, and not get stuck in a snow storm, ice storm or blizzard ever again!
1. The magic button that gives me an extra four hours anytime, anywhere, anyhow, to do ANYTHING I want or need to do.
2. A portable babysitter for my children. Y' never know what those crazy folks at Apple will come up with ....
3. A nice pair of rollerblades. Those look COOOOOOOLLLLL!!!!!
4. Happiness and true contentment for me, my husband and children.
Happy Holidays Mamas!

Ask for time to do something special with him...a trip, a play, a weekend somewhere. Something you would not regularly get to do.
