It sounds like a phase, just eating grapes isn't necessarily bad, but fruits have a lot of sugar in them (and while it's natural it's still sugar) that isn't the best for her developing teeth, and, yes, she can be getting full on fruits, because some of them are filled with water (oranges, mandarins, grapes...) Does she drink water? This may be a way of her body trying to get it.
It's recommended she have three cups of milk a day until she's 2, and yogurt and cheese can make up the difference, so the cottage cheese is good. Graham crackers are good as well since they have fiber.
My daughter was picky, and skinny. Her pediatrician said she was healthy, but his concern was her development if she just ate what she liked because she wasn't getting all the needed nutrients, even though I gave her vitamins. He said "She can only eat what you give her, you're in control, not her." Which was true. He told me to balance what I offered her and fix her plate like everyone else's, not to feed her special. She liked fruit and breads so I cut back on those and offered proteins (meat, fish, eggs) veggies and pasta, too. She'd eat her bread and fruit and not want to touch anything else so for awhile it seemed like she was eating less.
Check with your daughter's doctor to see what she should be eating daily and work with that in the foods you give her. Being picky is kind of cute when they're toddlers, but when they're that way later, not so much ; )
