Kid's Night Free / Cheap Meals - Kid Friendly

I live in the Camp Hill / Mechanicsburg area and was wondering if anyone knew of any places to go to get free or cheap kid's meals. My husband, daughter, and I love to go out to eat, but cannot afford to do it often - we were hoping to off-set some of the cost by finding some family-friendly places to go.

Currently, we know of Chik-fil-a having free kid's meals on Tuesday nights and of the Hampden Grill having $1 kid's meals on Thursdays.

Are there any others you might know of?

Thank YOU!

Hi N.,

It's good to hear from a mom that lives so close! I'm in Harrisburg, and my kids love Moe's Southwestern Grill. Kids meals are free with the purchace of an adult meal on Tuesdays between 5:30 and 9:00 pm. We haven't been in a while because the nearest location (The Shoppes at Susquehanna) close just before Christmas. However, therse is one in the Target plaza in Swatara. Cheers!

Check out Central Penn Parents web site. They have differant listings for things and have had the restaurant list before. We like to go to Macaroni Grill because of the reasonable prices for their kids meal. If your kids are 11 and under they can eat at Old Country Buffet. They take your child's age and times it by $.55 (at least that was what it was the last time I was there). Also sometimes you can get coupons in the mail for them where you can get your kids meal free with the purchase of an adult meal or get a second adult meal cheaper and pay for the kids.

ok so i am the "queen of cheap" - and knowing what to do on what days/nights - so here goes:

Sundays: Italian oven kids meals are $1.50
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: TGIFridays (on the pike) kids eat free (2 kids per one adult) - and thats as long as the adult eats - they can get an appetizer as their meal - this is lunch and dinner
Mondays, Tuesdays: Italian Oven - all you can eat pasta $8.95 (it includes unlimited pasta, bread and salad) you can share with your child AND they let you use the coupon that is in the Clipper Magazine for a "buy one meal get one at half price"
Tuesdays: Dennys (on the pike) Kids eat free either 4pm/6pm - 10pm
Wednesdays: nthing other than TGIFridays
Thursdays: nothing that i know of
Fridays: nothing that I know of
Saturdays: Italian Oven -noon-4pm kids eat free (technically i think its one kid per one adult - but it sort of depends on your server) and again you can use your coupon for the BOGO; Denny's - kids eat free again - same time as tuesdays

oh and i almost forgot (well i did so i came back) - at TGIFridays you can get a "bonus card" type thing - called "give me more stripes" - and they send you a plastic card (looks like a credit card) and then every time you make a purchase you have them swipe that and then once you spend $100 you get a coupon via email for $8 off!! so then when you use that in conjunction with the m-w kids eat free its an even cheaper night!! and with this card you can also get FREE chips and salsa/hummus each time you eat there!

Hope this helps - feel free to email me personally: ____@____.com
