There are too many rules and regulations about snow plowing and nowhere to put the snow when plowing. I was born in Chicago and thank God Mom and Dad got us out of there when we were small children. The traffic is another problem for the workers. Where do they put their equipment trailer while they mow or do yard cleanup or rake?? They can't block the street. How about kids in the neighborhood doing the work for you? Price would have to be the best going that way. Make sure they are old enough to be responseable a show up each week. $25-35 is the average of suburban yard service. Regular city lots are about 1/3 the size so that must equate to a lower price. Good luck. (move to the suburbs and get rid of the headaches, taxes, congestion,and all around b.s. of big city living).

Try giving the job to a young person in your family or neighbor I remember growing up in my neighborhood I hustled soda bottles,babysitting,housekeeping. I live on the southside and my teenagers do this work all the time. Our young people need something to do, they need Mentors someone to help mold them into someone we want on our block. They need us to lead them to be whatever GOD has created them to do. Pray about it and ask GOD tolead you to a young person who need you in their LIFE!!! You might keep a kid from being a drug dealer,hungry,hopeless. Even encourage them to get a bank account. And don't worry about your yard let it be a GOD project. LOVE L. My guy is Clint. He has been cutting my grass for over 4 years now and he's dependable and very reasonable. My grass front and back is very beautiful. He will pull weeds and help you do the little things to maintain a beautiful lawn. I love his work and he's very loyal.
