www.figleaves.com has 5 styles in your size. They range from $40-59 ea. Just get O. or two good ones & hand wash & line dry?
Good Day everyone! I am currently nursing my 3 week old and I am in need of nursing bras. So far I have been using an old sports bra that has ZERO support and an old nursing bra from when my girls were babies. The only thing the nursing bra is doing for me is holding my breast pads in place!!!
I can not seem to find nursing bras in my size that do not cost 50 dollars or more. I measure at a 38J. Anyone have any ideas??? Maybe I can convert a regular bra into a nursing bra??? Or does anyone have a good site/store I can get a decent bra without paying an arm and a leg?
My breasts are very heavy and cause a lot of back pain so a bra is a must. Am I simply doomed to pay upwards of $50 for a bra? It just seems so expensive.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance :o)

I was a 32F and had a similar problem. After much searching I ended up sucking it up and buying a bra from Nordstroms and tried to take really good care of it and wore it all the time. There are bras that are small, medium, large, extra large that are cheaper. Don't know if those would work for you (they didn't for me). I also sometimes wore a regular bra and just pulled the cup down--not ideal for all the time, but worked in a pinch. Good luck.
I found some great nursing bras online for like $38 oh i just googles them now $50! They were soooooo worth it! I bought 4 with my last little one and rotated them. With my first 2 i bought cheap nursing bras had mastitis - infection of a clogged duct like 4 times! Mastitis hurts and the first time i thought I had the flu I was so sick.
Sorry I'm no help - the ones I loved were Bravado!
It depends on the quality of a bra. Otherwise there are bras available for way less than $50. And being that it's a temporary situation, why use $ you aren't comfortable spending? Kids are us or whatever shop for babies should carry them. Meijers I'm sure has specialty bras. Any good store, JCPenny, Sears, etc
I would suggest looking on Ebay, Craigslist and Diaper Swappers. Many women sell their gently used ones from places like Nordstrom (can we say $80 well fitting nursing bras!)
Another option would be to go to a high end store with nursing bras, be fitted and buy one, and then look for the same bra for half price or less.
