how to find a good electrician licensed to work in Richardson TX? Should they be BBB accredited?

My electrician has many happy customers in our neighborhood in east Dallas. I am certain Richardson would be in his area. I know he is a master electrician in Dallas county. Woody always pulls the permits when needed and his work passes inspection every time.

I have an electrician I love! He is a master electrician and always does a nice job. The first time he came out I was getting a second opinion because the electrician I was using told me I needed all new wiring. I was looking for a quote/2nd opinion. This electrician told me my wiring was just fine and that I didn't need anything. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I have been using him since....... about 8 years, and he has been excellent.
