i need a good light weight stroller, but not expensive, some are pretty pricey. I have a jogger stroller that was expensive i really don't want to spend a lot on a light weight since i only need it when we travel this summer. Any ideas on good light weight easy fold strollers out there? Looking for something that moves great with shocks for those bumps. thanks

What can I do next?

I know you don't want to spend a lot, but the Peg Perego Si is amazing. We paid $250 for it, and would spend it all over again. We have taken it everywhere and it has since become our primary stroller. I don't know about the Babies R Us near you, but I just say the Chocolate brown Si on clearance for $100. If you don't want to spend that much, check out the umbrella strollers, but do try them out in the stores. I was looking for a cheap umbrella stroller to leave at my parents house for when we visit, but the problem was that the handles were very low on most of them, and I'm only 5'2" and I thought they were too low. The only ones that I liked that were higher were the Chiccos or Combi strollers and they run around $80. If I were going to spend $80, I'd spend the $100 and get the Peg Perego Si.

I LOVE my Graco Mosaic! It is light weight, but sturdy enough to not tip over with a purse/diaper bag/ shopping bags on the back. It folds small and is really easy to move around. We've taken it on hikes and walks and it worked great. It also holds a Graco Infant carrier and has a basket underneath. IMO BEST single stroller ever.

Get an umbrella stroller. I've heard good things about the Maclaren, but ours is a run of the mill one from Babies R Us. Ours is a little low for DH to use comfortably and if I had a do-over I'd get a basket on the bottom vs on the back to prevent falling over. I keep our umbrella stroller in my car because I never know when it will be handy (sleepy child but errands to run).

Check your local kids consignment shop or craigslist. I love my Maclaren Volo, it was only $100 brand new.

I just ordered the Uppa Baby G-Luxe from Amazon. It is arriving tomorrow. I am anxious to see it in person! I looked a lot of different lightweight strollers. I really liked the G-lite but opted for the G-luxe because it reclined. The one I bought was $130 and seemed to have a lot of features and is VERY light!

Defintely the UPPAbaby G-Luxe!
They made some nice improvements for the 2011. The new colors are amazing, the seat has more padding, the recline is simple. the footrest is adjustable and it stands on it's own, no more laying on the dirty ground!
