My family currently lives in Durham. We have decided to move to orange county for better school options for our daughter. I have already started fixing up the house (repainting, called a handy man to come fix the outside areas that need sprucing up, carpet people to come stretch the carpet, etc.) I would like to have the house up for sale by the first week in July. Now I need a good realtor. Any suggestions?
