I'm looking to get just a few rooms in my house cleaned. Considering having them steam cleaned versus all the chemicals. Any suggestions or experiences worth sharing? I am trying to get this taken care of this week and its already Tuesday. Ahh!

We would love to help you with your carpet cleaning needs. Chem-Dry is a patented system for clenaing carpets -- it has been around for over 30 years. The solution we use is called the Natural and it is copied from Mother Nature so it is safe for kids and pets. There are no soapy substances in our cleaning solution so you won't see spots re-appearing after we have gone. If a spot re-appears so do we! We guarantee our work. Your carpets will be dry in 1-2 hours so you can get right back on them. All of our technicians are background checked employees of our company -- we do NOT use subcontractors (very important, many companies do). We have a very loyal customer base and pride ourselves on our excellent service and reputation. PLease feel free to call us - Cornerstone Chem-Dry ###-###-#### or email me directly at ____@____.com We can service you in Dallas, Denton, Collin and Rockwall counties -- and next week we will be able to serve Tarrant County as well ! (after 15 years - finally!) We look forward to working with you!

I've used Stanley Steamer. They were professional and very good with all that they did. They took lots of time on my house. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Kiwi, Stanley Steemer and Dalworth. I still prefer to do it myself.

When those companies do it, they go through the areas quickly and bascially make it smell good.

I also would never rent a machine from Home Depot or anyplace like that. UGH....I don't want someone else's dirt in my house...Yuck.

I have a Bissell Pro Heat and I use it regularly. It is a pain in the rear but no one cleans your own house like you do. I know when I do it that I have done a good job and I don't have to do it again for a while.

Good luck

Fiber-Seal uses hot water extraction with spot cleaning first. We don't have the mess of a truck-mount system, but it's very effective without the added chemicals. Just please don't use Kiwi...they nearly ruined our carpets, and many of our clients came to us because of their poor habits and process. ###-###-####

We used Dalworth...they do a great job. May go on www.dalworth.com and see if they have any coupons. Then after that to do small rooms, I just did it myself and rented a machine at Walmart...very easy to use. Good Luck!
