Our son attends Mission Montessorri and we love it. His teacher is Mrs. Veronique.
We just moved here and my son will be 4 in a few weeks. I want to find a montessori school near us and there are a few I've found online including morning glory montessori, rainbow montessori, sunshine montessori academy and Mission montessori on the desert. Does anyone know if these are good Montessoris or if there are any others worth looking into closer to me? My son went to regular preschool back East but I have always been interested in the Montessori method. I called Mission montessori on the desert and wound up seeing Camelback Desert Schools and being told it is the same school. It is very nice but it is not a Montessori! anyway, we need to get him enrolled really soon so any advice/experience would be appreciated!
thanks

Hi,
The only thing I know is that Arcadia Montessori is probably one to stay away from. My daughter in law checked into them and found they did not welcome any parentel input or invovlment at all.
Thanks,
E.
My oldest son (19 years old) attended and my youngest son (4 years old) is currently attending Rainbow Montessori. They have 2 schools in the 85254 zip code. This school is fabulous. I have never seen such caring teachers. Even when I came back to the school after all of those years, they took the time to ask in depth about my eldest son. I can not say enough about how much I love the school and how great the Montessori method has been especially for my youngest. They are registering right now and it fills up quickly. L. K
One of my coworkers took his daughters to Aldea Montessori on 40th St and Thunderbird. They both loved it and have turned out to be very bright and well adjusted:

I am going to check them out when it is time for my son to enter preschool.
