Looking for a Great Pediatrician in Suwanee Area

Does anyone know of or has a pediatrician that they just love to pieces in the Suwanee area? A pediatrician as well as office staff that is great with children especially a newborn- knows what they are talking about, has the time to talk to you and address first-time parent's questions and worries, and has good bedside manners. I know that this is asking a lot- but thought there might be one out there. Willing to drive a little further than Suwanee for a great pediatrician- not too far though especially with the soaring gas prices :0

Dr. Norman "Chip" Harbaugh with Children's Medical Group is great! We had an absolutely horrible experience with our newborn last year with another pediatrician in Suwanee (I won't post her name, but she is located on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd). Our daughter came home from the hospital with a serious case of juandice. The first doctor we went to was dismissive and could have caused our baby serious harm. My husband asked around at work and found Chip. He took the time to talk to us and answer all of our questions. We ended up getting a bili-bed sent to our home to do much needed photo-therapy on our baby. The office has their own in house lab so we didn't have to wait days or hours for her blood test results to come back. The office is located on the Forsyth Co. side of Suwanee, but well worth the trip! ###-###-#### 6918 McGinnis Ferry Rd. Suite 200 Suwanee, GA 30024

Hi There! I cannot say enough great things about Gwinnet Pediatrics. They are very accommodating with children of all ages. They always would rather err on the side of caution, and no question is too "silly" for any of the docs and nurses there. I discovered them when one of their newer docs was interning at Northside Peds. When we moved to Collins Hill from Dunwoody, we followed her to Gwinnett Peds, where she got her first job. My children were older toddlers at the time, but I have a chronically ill child, and I trust them whole heartedly. Our PCP is Doctor Susan Smiley. We also see Dr. Ashley Stolle, Dr. Hal Herd, and Dr. Pitts. It is a large practice, and I love all of them. They also have 3 locations---Hamilton Mill, Gwinnett Hospital, and Duluth.

I am a teacher, also in GCPS. I take children very seriously, and I am very particular about their healthcare. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!!

Their # is ###-###-####! Hope this helps!

I love Longstreet Pediatrics on Pike Street in Buford. The Pediatrician that I see there is Dr. Richard Shelton, but I like all of the pediatricians as well as the pediatric assistants. They have great after hours assistance and I can always get in on the drop of a dime. I love it.

I am 33 weeks pregnant and have interviewed the Children's Medical Group, PC. and thought it was wonderful. I do not have any personal experience with the group except for my interview and my tour. I live in a large subdivision and almost everyone takes their children there!

I liked Dr. Louis E. Hempel, 6918 McGinnis Ferry Road, Suwanee, GA 30024...John's Creek area. ###-###-####
