Does anyone have any recommendations on a great preschool(s) in the Braintree, Hingham, Milton, Weymouth... area? Any recommendations/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance:-)
There a number of options in Milton. If your child has passed the magic 2.9 Discovery Schoolhouse is a place to consider. They are NAYEC (think I got those letters right) acredited, mix children of different ages in an open classroom, have pets in the classroom, lots of music, and a pretty spot down a wooded drive.
If cost is not an issue for you, check out Thacher Montessori School. Our children have been there for the past two years, and it's a great school. The only reason we're not keeping them there next year is because they weren't able to offer us financial aid this year as they have in previous years. They'll be going to Avon Children's Center for camp in the summer. That program seems really great, too.
If you're willing to drive a bit farther, Busy Bee Preschool in Whitman is outstanding. My daughter goes the infant program and we are beyond happy with the care she receives. Hope you find someplace that works...good luck.
