Hey Mommies out there! I need your help again. For many reasons I am considering looking for a new pediatrician. I didn’t go to school to be a doctor and they can’t possibly know everything and that he is human too. But more and more lately I am questioning my current doctor. Quite a few things have happened and I am looking back at why did he wait so long. I am see the effects from it. Anyhow, I don’t trust his decisions anymore. I feel that is a problem. There are many things I love about my current pediatrician but then there are many more things that bother me. I am looking for a pediatrician anywhere from Disney area to Downtown Orlando. Thanks so much in advance.

Beth

We switched pediatricians too---i had orginally found one down the road from us, and I just wasn't comfortable with her. Anyways, Pediatrics Associates had been recommended to be by quite a few moms so I deccided to give them a try--they have an office downtown on Mills ave and another one in the Dr. Phillips area. I am so happy with them. They are a larger practice, buy you have one Dr./nurse for all wellness visits. We see Dr. Yaeger, but I have had great luck with all of the Drs and NP we have seen there--esp Dr. Britton and Dr. Didea. They are kind, consistent and have weekend hours. They have a separate waiting room for sick and wellness visits and have an awesome phone triage line so you can talk to a nurse about any questions (and whether or not you need to come it.)

I take my daughters to Dr. Quinonez in Waterford Lakes. (Her practice is Dr. Q Pediatrics). We have gone to her for years and absolutely love her. Her phone number is ###-###-####.

If Maitland is not too far of a commute. The Pediatrics group there with offices in RDV is amazing! Dr Cobian and Valez are both so thourough that they have personally phoned our home to check on our child the tow times she had a fever!!!!!!!!
They are so dedicated to children...

We have a one year old daughter....who likes the fun stuff to look at in RDV Sportsplex where they are located... Good luck!
PS NEVER IGNORE motherly instincts....DOUBTS mean DON'TS :)
