Looking for a Realtor in Albany, Or

Jason is a very bright and energetic person. When I was looking for a house he really listened to what I wanted in a house. He showed me some houses that did not appear to be what I wanted at first but when we looked at them I could see how they really could meet my needs/wants. If I did not like a house it was OK, we just went on to the next one. I never felt like Jason was trying to get me to buy a house just so he could get his commission.

Jason spent a lot of time searching the listings to locate houses to show me. He was available to show me houses at my convience and was willling to drive me or meet me at the houses.

Even thought I found my own house one day out walking and it was for sale by owner, Jason was very knowledgable about the closing process and encouraged me to negotiate.

Jason is a newer realator and may not know all the tricks of the trade yet, but he is an honest hardworking religious man working to support his three sons by helping families find homes.

I would recomend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home even if he was not my cousin.

I am not sure if Penny workman is still living there, but she is a really good realtor. I know that her family got a transfer to New Mexico, her husbands job, but if they are there she is really good. She listens to what you need and is someone who will take the time to help you find or sell what you want. It is really important to find a realtor who listens to what you want and is very good at working with your lender. At this time it is such a buyers market you should be able negotiate some really good options. IF you are buying, selling is a lot more difficult a this time. Hi! I'm torn here about who to recommend because I know of two excellent realtors. :-)

Katy Schmidt at Remax is a great realtor. She is experienced and is also a young mom of two girls so she knows the needs of a family with young kids. I don't have her info handy.

Also, I worked for years as a realtor with Joe Vincent at Town & Country Realty. ###-###-####. He can offer years of experience and you can be assured nothing will get missed with your transaction. Not sure if you are buying or selling but when I worked with him he had an excellent marketing program. I'm sure he still does. He is extremly effecient and kind. He'll help provide a stress free experience. You can check him out on the Town & Country Realty website as well. It's also a great local company with a good reputation.

I have a friend in Albany who is a realtor; Doug Hall ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. He is a friendly guy, not real pushy, who I think you will find it is easy to talk with, ask questions, etc. and he will give you honest answers. Let me know if it works out. Good luck. J.
