Looking for Aerobics Classes

I'm in NorthShore. I dont have the schedule in front of me. But check into the Wendell Ley YMCA. They have a ton of classes all day and some in the evenings. A single membership is $44. Also look into the Community Centers off Freeport and the one off DeZavala.

If you are interested in joining the YMCA, I need a buddy. Joined almost 2 months ago and I cant get out of the house with enough energy to go.

Check with your local Y or your church. Some churches have praise aerobics in the evenings.

I go to the Y in Baytown and love it. We have step, Yoda, abs, body pump, cycling and more. I taught at McMullan in Channelview and know that they have an active Y there. They had an afterschool program. The YMCA is really a family place. I can't wait until our swim fitness begins! B. V.

I joined the YMCA. They have classes early (6:30 am I think) and late (sometimes 8pm)plus it is not expensive. As an added bonus they have activities for the kids which is always a plus. I recommend the YMCA in Kingwood if it is not to far from you.
