I was just laid off (yes, a victum of the auto industry storm) and want to resurect my craft business. I have been out of touch with the craft world for awhile. I am looking for loose Rhinstones and crystals as well as other craft items. I have gone to Michaels, Joann's and Dearborn crafts. I remember someone telling me about a huge craft store that sells every thing but I cannot remember the location. If any one can provide me with info I would greatly appreciate it!
I am also looking for information regarding Mom 2 Mom events/sales as well as craft shows.
Any help you all can provide would be great!

There is a craft store called Munro on 12 Mile in Berkley. It's a few blocks east of Greenfield. They have a TON of beading / jewelry making supplies, as well as other craft items.
Yes Craft 2000 is a great place.It's in Monroe right off of S.Dixie Hwy.

I'm not sure if this helps but there is a store called dealers discount in Warren, I believe on ten or eleven mile.It has been a while since I have been but it is considered to be a huge warehouse.You may find what you are looking for there.As you stated earlier everything will work out!!
There is a place called the Miner's Den on Rochester Rd just north of 13 mile in Royal Oak. The Discount Craft that someone said in Warren is on 10 mile just east of Van Dyke.

Hi E., congradulations on your Divorce, sorry about the lay-off. Both hard things to go through. There are web-sites for mom to mom sales. Also sub-wide sales to start in spring-summar check local paper's. Taylor has many mom to mom sales, check out church's all around. Finally Galbraltor Trade now has mom to mom sale tables, every week-end, and mabie the craft's your looking for as well, I know it's quite a drive, but this could be just what your looking for.
