Hi everyone,
I am looking for a cheap meeting room for my twins club to meet at in the Naperville/Aurora area. We need to be able to book it once a month on a week night for at least 20 people. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

What can I do next?

Your local library most likely offers meeting rooms for free.

K.,
Do you belong to a church? Often they will let you use the facilities for free or at a low cost.

Check airtastic. My non for profit organization holds our board meetings there for free.
Good luck in the search!

Check your local library. They may have something you can "rent" for free.

Hi K.,
Does anybody in your club live in a subdivision or appartment with a clubhouse...they will let members use their meeting rooms (but not everybody has this and I have no idea what the fees are - it varies by the location).

I agree with the suggestion of "library" if you're a member of a local library (if you live in city limits of Naperville, you have Naperville library membership...).

My other suggestion is to have a private yoga party for the kids at same time that the adults are having discussion in adjacent room (www.universalspirityoga.com).
