I've seen his books (just not the workbooks) in my library - I'm in Mansfield. You can always call your local library and see if they have them or if you can do an interlibrary loan. At least then you could read them.
I have been trying to do the Dave Ramsey Method on my own but would like to get his books and stuff as well. To completely focus on paying off debt. I just don't have the extra money for the stuff at the moment. I have searched craigslist but not much luck. Anyone have any ideas on where to get his stuff, free or cheap?
Does the Library carry his books? Has anyone completed his program and have the items left over that I could work something out with you.
Thanks in advance!!
E.
Kim was gracious enough to let me have hers in exchange for some of my services! What a blessing! I love MAMASOURCE!

Hi E.. Dave Ramsey is a very generous and giving man. When he held a seminar in Dallas this past summer, some of my friends volunteered to help out by selling books, workbooks and such). He told the volunteers that if there was someone who really needed/wanted a book and couldn't afford it, to give it to them. I feel certain if you call the contact number on his website (www.daveramsey.com), they would help you out in obtaining the material. He is not in it to make a huge profit. The cost of the local workshopes are very reasonable. You can also purchase many of his books, workbooks, etc. for around $10.00 (Total Money Makeover and others). Good luck and I wish you well on your path to financial freedom.
Our church is going through the program now on Sunday nights 5PM.....child care provided. Maybe coming, for free and seeing the DVD's and getting a support system around you will help until you get the kit.....they may even be able to help you with that I don't know, but the class helped us more than anything else....we do refer to the books though, so it will come in handy but the class was paramount in our progress.

If you want to come, I would gladly meet you in the atrium to show you where the class is.
I would highly recommend finding a church that is offering the full program. I know my church just started it again (Stonebridge United Methodist in McKinney). When I took the course they offered help with the class cost if you needed it, so know they would be more than willing to help. One of best parts of the class is not the workbook and books that you get it is the videos shown at the class. With the videos and support you get from other classmates I know you can be successful! Good luck
E.,
I have the kit & never used it. Text me & I'll trade it to you for some services:)
We found it at Half Price Books-HTH.
