Hi M.,
Congratulations on everything. Being a mom is great! I don't know if my advice will help or not, but I have a child with an autism spectrum disorder and have done alot of research on this topic. It is a hot one. Everything that I have read lately has said that there is no proven link between autism and the MMR shot. Also, the reason they were concerned was due to the thimesol that was in the serum as a preservative, which has long since been removed. That being said, if you want the vaccine broken into 3 seperate shots, I would discuss it to your pediatrician. I would think they would rather work with you on that than your child not get the vaccination. If they don't, it might not be the right doctor's office for you.

P.S. Sorry, I just noticed that you said that your Dr. office won't do it. Have you tried Allstar Pediatrics in Exton/Lionville? If they won't do it, see if they can reccomend someone who will.
