We live in Israel and speak English to our kids. However, the only English they really hear is from other adults, resulting in a pretty funny dialect (my son uses unfortunately a lot, for example). I need reccommendations for some fun videos, cd's and books, including some with kids talking to each other..any ideas?

What can I do next?

"Unfortunately", I don't have any good, specific suggestions yet bc my daughter is only 1, but if you have a friend in the US - ask them to go to Costco or Sam Club and look for kids books that have an accompanying cd or tape with someone reading the kids' book to them.
I also replied bc I'm wondering where in Israel you live. My best friend is in Jersualem and has 3 girls, 10, 5, and 7 mos. Her English is great and her husband's family is from England, but I don't know if they are practicing English in the home nearly as much as is sounds like you do! :)

If you can stomach it, the "Barney" videos feature kids talking to one another.

My son likes the Teletubbies, which has snipits of kids talking to one another. Scooby Doo DVD's are also fun. For music, The Wiggles DVD's and CD's are wonderful!!! For books, try the Eric Carle ones, such as Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? The Chicka Chicka ABC, and 123 books are fun for this age as well. Also, don't miss out on the Dr. Seuss books.

Hi Sophie! My baby loves Disney's Little Einsteins. The videos feature art and classical music. The main characters are all kids and they go on different adventures. Hope this helps. Good luck :)
