Denia Park Recreation Center in Denton. They can set up some cool things for just about any age. They even have a climbing wall! It only costs $75 to rent their facility. www.cityofdenton.com
The Gainesville Zoo also does parties.

My son (age 6) really enjoyed a party he attended at Adventure Landing. He said it was the best one yet.

We just went to a birthday party at Pumpin' Up in Frisco. They have huge inflatable slides, jump houses extra that both the kids and adults enjoyed. The staff was very helpful in organizing cake in the party room along with packing up gifts and passing out treat bags.
