We are expecting our first child in August and I am looking for a pediatrician in the st. peters / st. charles area. I work for BJC Hospital so I need to find an in-network doctor. I am looking for someone that parents feel communicates wll with both them and there child and feels the doctor is very good at there specialty.

We go to Dr. Robert Hoffman. He has offices in Wentzville and in St. Peters close to Harvester Rd. He an the other doctors in his practice are absoluetly wonderful! They have never steered us wrong! Dr. Bob and the other doctors have priveleges at Childrens so I'm assuming that they might have priveleges at other BJC hospitals as well. The other doctors in his practice are Dr. Jennifer Dunn, Dr. Suzane Hanson, Dr. Fitz-James, and Dr. Gerst. The best part about our doctor is that if you have to call after hours you don't get a paging system. You talk to a nurse. It makes me feel a lot better knowing that I will be able to talk to a human when I really need to instead of having to wait for someone to call me back. We go to Dr. Cecilia Yu in O'Fallon off K. Not sure how far that is for you, but we LOVE her. She is awesome and loves my son and remembers everything about everyone. She is sooo good. We live in Maryland Heights and have no problem driving out to her because she is fantastic. She has her own little ones, (school age) so she is into what is going on.

Our family goes to Dr. Christopher Normile in St. Charles which is located at St. Joseph hospital on 5th street. He's a family practitioner and very caring. I've been seeing him since I was pregnant with my 3rd kid. What I love about seeing a family practitioner is we can all see him. He knows our whole family. And sometimes I can make appointments for me and my kids at the same time. He's a real good guy. His number is ###-###-####. They are now a part of St. John's Mercy.
I love Dr. Adam Eaton at St. Charles County Pediatrics. He's a St. John's MD so I'm not sure if he's in your network. Their number is 636-441-KIDS. His office is at Hwy 94 and Heritage Crossing.
