My daughter wants to try 'finally free', if any one has used the product and any feedback on the product. Any other products that work on young skin. I use waxing for my self but she thinks it might heart.

I don't want her to shave.

What can I do next?

The product that Cindy mentioned is called 'smooth away', I got it for my daughter. It is time consuming but works with no chemicals or shaving.
Good luck!

There is a new product out that got good reviews (they had it tested on Fox 4 with Steve Noviela) and it is avaible at Walgreens or Bed Bath and Beyond in the new devices section for $10- you take a small round piece of something that looks like sandpaper and rub in circles until the hair disapears- a little more time consuming then shaving, but it works. Sorry I don't know the name, but I've seen it at both places.

I would think learning to shave would be much better than rubbing toxic stuff into her skin...just a thought, in case you didn't think about the other being toxic. I've never actually heard of 'finally free', so I cannot really say anything about the product.

I'd really try to have her try waxing, it only hurts for a few seconds, have her take some ibuprofen about 1/2 hour before it helps! As she continues to wax she'll get used to the discomfort as well. It looks like almost every review out there is negative for Finally Free and true electrolysis really only works on small areas and should be done by a professional because it could cause serious damage.
You could always have her try Veet or one of those products but many contain toxic chemicals which you may not want her putting on her body.

never heard of Finally free but I have used Nair in the past and it works well. It does smell really bad but as long as you do it right before you take a shower or something its not a big deal.

VEET or Nair both are good and are great alternatives to shaving or waxing.

I had not heard of Finally Free and decided to look it up. I would suggest doing a search on it and research it before you spend the money on it. I did find this website that says not to waste your money on it. However, I did not do a lot of background searching on it.

It doesn't look like the whole link is showing up, but if you do a search you'll find it. Good luck!

A friend of mine just told me this week that Avon carries a cream to remove hair. She bought it herself and used it and it does work. She had tried several other products before, but is very happy with this one! You may want to check it out!

Hi K.,
The product you are checking on is intriguing. I found a web site on it www.nevershaveagain.com , Finally Free Hair Removal. See if you can find some helpful info on that site. I'm like you I would rather hear from local people such as mamasouce people to see if anyone has used it & what they thought of it, than the testamonials from this web site...because they are trying to sell it, you don't get the "bad" news. I am curious to know if it really does work or not and what possible effects it might have on skin pours. Good luck!
