In a very near future I will be looking for a house for rent/lease in the area of Sea World and/or World Savings Bank. I would prefer a one floor house, 3-4 bedroom, 2-3 bathroom and pets allowed.(I have a chihuahua)and of course reasonable price.

What can I do next?

There are some beautiful homes for rent in the Westcreek area. There is one just a few houses down from me that is a one story 3 bedroom (I believe it's three bedrooms).

http://dpisat.com/available_rental_homes.htm

That is the link to the company that is renting the home just up from me...in looking at the link I see they have numberous others in a variety of price ranges.

I hope you find what you're looking for. If you have any questions about the area, feel free to ask.

There are many internet sources you can use to find a home for rent. I have been looking for one in the Northeast area. I use these sites: www.mysanantonio.com (very good); www.rentclicks.com; www.sarents.com; these are all very good sites. Or, you could choose any real estate agent and they can help you too--for free to you. Good luck! M.

Good Morning, A.

I am a single parent who rents a home and I an currently renting from Brass Ring Real Estate. They are really GREAT!

You can call the office and ask them for a list of houses (theirs and others) to rent in the area you are wanting and they will either e-mail or fax it too you. You can also go onto www.Brass-Ring.com to look at what they have.

I currently live in a home in the Timber Ridge Subdivision off of Culebra behind the SSFCU and it is a 3-2-2 for $900 a month. Rentals are not cheap but for what you get they sure are bigger than apartments.

Good Luck in your search and on your upcoming arrival.

Bless You and Yours,
G.
