Hello all! I have a very active 3 year old boy and I would love to get him involved with children his own age before he starts school in the fall. He still needs to develop his social skills (sharing and just general "Play nice")and be around kids he can relate to. He just doesn't get the chance to see our friends' kids enough as most of them live in the Brighton area. I am looking to get together with other moms and reacquire my own social skills =P.

I live in Plymouth right on the Livonia border and I have almost 3 year old triplets. Two boys and a girl (Emily, Joseph and Joshua) and you are more than welcome to come over with us. I'm a mother of two and I started a playgroup in Belleville 5 years ago. A lot of women are having good luck with MeetUp.com finding other groups when they move, etc.

If you go to Meetup.com, and look for mom's groups. There are a few in this area. I belong to the Dearborn Heights Mom's Group and the Plymouth Playgroup. Both have fun events for all ages. My son is 21 months old, and we live in Wayne. I think that you will find these groups to be a great source of support and fun for both you and your little boy.
