One good way to meet others with children the same ages as yours is to sign up for something at the park districtl. My son is 2 1/2 and we met his playgroup thru Kindermusik class. It's been great for all of us! Good luck. Contact me if you'd like!

Hi! My name is M. and I have a son who is 20 months. We live in Mount Prospect. We met 2 wonderful moms on Mamasource that we just had a playdate with at Golfmill Shopping Center. I am the mom of a nine month girl, Emily and live in the Des Plaines area. I have met multiple moms in the area through friends and baby classes. We have established a bit of a club and are also welcoming to new moms. We have weekly playgroups at different people's houses, mom's night out and a book club.
