Pony Pals in Prior Lake has been around for 40 years (they came to my house in bloomington when I was 8!)
They will come to your house for birthday parties or you can go there too. I've heard great things about them. Google them!

There's one I saw I think on Craigs List. It was a place I think in Forest Lake, Hugo area I think. Try looking up on Craigs List and see if you find anything, sorry so vague but
that's all I can remember. I was thinking of doing it myself that's how I stumbled upon it.
I haven't done it for a party, but there is a company that gives rides at Apple Jack's Orchard. I am sure you could call the Orchard and they would give you a reference.
We have hired Walton's Hollow petting zoo multiple times at my school for our Summer Camp program. They are fabulous. We've also hired Down on the Farm once. I would highly, highly recommend Walton's Hollow. They are incredible and very reasonable priced. I have never had a bad experience with them. Their animals are well-trained and their staff are very kind.
Hope you have fun!
We had my daughter's 5th birthday at Bunker Park Stables. It was wonderful! We had 11 guests, and all the children could ride ponies at the same time. Then for $50 we rented a room at the nearby activity center for cake/games/presents. It went so smoothly! The only thing is that one parent/child was required to stay at the party to lead the ponies and drive the short (2 min) ride to the activity center. I'd recommend it!
