Hello: My out-of-state sister introduced me to scrapbooking and I finished the first 4 months of first son's life. My second son is 8 months so I'm woefully behind and would love to find a scrapbooking club that gets together on a semi regular basis. Do such things exist? I've called Archivers but it seem they want you come there. Is anyone interested in starting one with me? I'm a newbie at scrapbooking and would love to learn from others; share ideas and make new friends.

Im new to scrapbooking myself and have part of my first childs book done also and my second is a year old. I would love to do something like this so that Maybe I would get them done. I live in IGH close to 494/52. Let me know if you decide to start anything.
Wow, lots of offers. After looking at how far they are away, I decided to respond. I live in SE mpls not far from the River and Lake st. I have a group that gets together once every season for a scrapbook crop club. I have a great Creative Memories consultant that comes and supplies us and shows us new products.

I've been trying to find people to scrapbook with as well and so far haven't had much look. My husband and I have a three 1/2 year old daughter and our second child is due the beginning of February. We live on the border of Minneapolis/St. Paul/Roseville...so I'm pretty central. I started scrapbooking about two years ago, but I haven't been as diligent about it and have fallen behind.
A little about me...I'm 27 years old and working on my masters degree (although this Spring I'll only be taking two online classes).

I am part of a scrapbooking group that meets once a month (typically the second Saturday from 10am-4pm) at a church in Crystal (it is NOT a religious gathering though). The church allows us to use the space for free and we have tons of table space. We also sometimes organize a night to go to one of the scrapbook shops for their crop night (though we limit this because it costs $$). Our group also welcomes other crafts (we have had people sew, draw illustrations for a children's book, card making, and other crafts).

I get together with a good friend and my neighbor has just joined us for scrapbooking. We take turns at each other's homes. I actually live in St paul and she lives in elk river. I am just about to launch a scrapbook club in Eden Prairie. I am a new consultant for Close to my heart - a stamping and scrapbooking company, but have been scrapbooking for 5 years.
