I have one from www.lilybellaboutique.com that is fabulous and gets tons of compliments. They are also reasonably priced and come with embroidering. They are not local, though.

I just had one made for my daughter by a lady in Plano. It is so cute that I am having my son one made too. She has an ebay store so you can see some of her work but mine is completely custom. I got my daughter and sons name embroidered on them and she handeled everything. I am not sure where you live but she has been willing to meet me in a nutural location so I did not have to drive to Plano. Her ebay store is http://myworld.ebay.com/boutique*mia. I got a great diaper bag from a mama on Hyena Cart. It's a very large Messanger Style Bag that is great for cloth diapering (which we do and need big bags for it).
