Go to any video store and pick up a yoga for beginners DVD. I also had some back / muscle problems when I first started activiely trying to lose wieght and doing yoga helped. I have since moved on to more strenuous exercising, but I still go back to yoga for stretching and pain management. You sound pretty busy so look for DVD that says 10 – 20 minuets on them. It has worked wonders for me and I hope it can do the same for you.
