Are there manicurists who will come to my house for manicures ? I want to host some play dates or Moms Night In events with someone to come do the moms' nails. What phrase should I used for Google searching ? (I tried manicurist and out-call but nothing found.) Or does anyone know someone who does that and will recommend ?
My daughter went to a birthday party for one of her teen friends and the dad rented a limo and took them all to have manis and pedis.......she had an awesome time......don't know if this would work for you......

I'm not sure about this, but I know Beauty Control does different types of Spa parties, and they may do a manicure party - not sure though. This is a girl who does the spa parties though - her name is Lucy Lovato - ____@____.com she doesn't do it she may be able to point you in the right direction! Good luck- sounds fun!!
Because of state laws you cannot have a manicurist come in your home.I am a licensed stylist and wanted to do an in home hair service type company but there are too many state laws for sanatation. BUT I bet you can go to a beauty school and see if the students want to "practice" one evening in your home.

It may be difficult to find a manicurist to come to your house because it is illegal for us to work outside a licensed facility. But you might try a massage therapist. Their laws do allow them to do home visits, and you may be able to find one who has a chair specifically designed to do this. Most therapists charge about 1.00 per minute. Hope this helps!
