I can't find the instruction book that came with my Moby Wrap four years ago. I know it had instructions on how to wrap baby on your back, but I can't remember how to do it. The online manual no longer has this info. Does anyone have an older manual with the pictures and instructions? If so, would you photograph/scan and email me the info? ____@____.com My two year old wants to be held a lot and he loves piggy back rides...this would be perfect for him! ALSO...I saw a baby wrapped on his mom's side last summer. It was super cool! Anyone know how to do this? It was like she was carrying him on her hip, but his weight was better distributed with the Moby than it would have been with a sling. Thanks in advance for your help!

Youtube is probably your best bet. Here is a video for how to do an easy side hold http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEKcEUt7J-s. As far as a back hold goes I would be careful. I'm not 100% sure, but I've heard that the reason the back hold is no longer in the instructions with the Moby is because it's not very secure and several babies have fallen out of it. If you still want to try it you can just search Moby wrap back hold on Youtube and find many videos.

There have been several babies that have fallen out of a back carry using the Moby, which is why they don't provide the intructions for it anymore. The stretchy fabric simply doesn't provide enough support. You should use a woven wrap, which is perfect for back carries and hip carries. Also, you might consider using a differen type of carrier (Boba, Ergo, Beco, etc.).
