Mommy & Me Classes in WPB

I would like to invite you to upcoming Kindermusik classes at Dance Unlimited. 10101 lantana rd. Lake Worth, FL 33449
Here is the current schedule. Anyone in your group may try a class for FREE. No obligation, just come and enjoy. Kindermusik is a music and movement program for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and big kids. You and your child will play, listen, and dance to musical activities specifically designed to stimulate early childhood development and strengthen neural pathways in your child's mind.

Below are classes for ages 0 - 18 months:

Thursdays: 9:30- 10:30 am :8 week session : September 2nd - October 21st

Thursdays:1- 1:45pm :Two 4 week sessions: September 30th- October 21st / October 28th - November18th

Thursdays 9:30 - 10:15 AM: Two 4 week sessions October 28th - November 18th / December 2 - 23rd

Classes for ages 18 - 3 years:
Two 5 week sessions: Thursdays 10:30 - 11:15 AM
September 16th - October 14th / October 21st - November 18th

Two 4 week sessions: Thursdays 10:30 - 11:15 AM
October 28th - November 18th / December 2nd - December 23rd

The Royal Palm Beach REcreation Center has a great program. THey have a mommy and me class on Thursdays.

See page three, bottom right. This is the old schedule. I took my son there and now he's going to their ECAP program for 3-5 year olds. It's great.

There are great mommy and me classes at CATS Gymnastics. The instructors are very caring and the children have a blast swinging on the rings and bars, rolling on the mats and jumping on the trampoline. They even have a 3 story Kitty Castle that has a foam filled pit to jump and slide into. My sons have been going since they were 6 months old and love it. The number for Wellington is ###-###-####. They do give FREE trial classes so you can try before you buy!! A great thing!

I am not sure if you are looking for one location or just something to do with your daughter. I live in Lake Worth (right on the Greenacres line) and I run a moms group for kids born in '05-'08! So you fall right in there. We meet all over from Boca to WPB, but mostly concentrate our activities from Boynton to Wellington. Hi. I have a 13 month old baby girl and we attend a music class in Palm Beach Gardens. My baby really likes it and the instructor is wonderful. Her name is Miss Linda and the class is called Music Together. ###-###-####.

I used to do Mommy and me classes in Boca Raton. It's been 5 years though. Call the city of Greenacres they probably have classes. If not I know City of Boynton Beach has some.

There's a great free mommy and me class offered every Friday at Son Life Lutheran Church on Jog by the West Boynton Library. They meet at 10 am. you can just show up. I think they take a break in the summer.
