Moms Clubs, Playgroups

Yes I do! I have a 5 month old daughter and we go to a play group in Belle chasse called Infancy to Independence or I2I. It is the Westbank chapter,there is also a uptown and lakeview chapter.. We started in January and we love it. We meet once a week (Wednesdays) and have music time, nature project, free time, art & snack. There are about 10 moms and 10 kids from age 5 mths to age 4. 2 women are about to have new babies. The summer session is about to start in June thru august. We also have field trips and date night and moms night out.

I am the VP of a local Moms Club if you want somemore info please email me at ____@____.com or please check out of club's website at:www.geocities.com/ momsclubofkdl. this group has been great, we were new to the area when i found out that i was having my second and they have been great, my new son is just 8 weeks today and the support that this group of ladies gives is outta this world, they even provided meal support for me, my husband and our 19 month old after the birth.

There is a great website called meetup.com and it connects you to playgroups in your area. They meet usually once a week and it's a great way to get out and talk to other mom's while the kids have a good time. Hope this helps!!
