Monogramming My Son's Name on His Nap Mat and BackPack by Tuesday

Do any of you know a place near McKinney/Frisco/North Plano where I can have my son's name put on his napmat and possibly his everyday backpack? I have used a shop in the Frisco mall in the past, but it appears they are no longer there. I am willing to use an in-home business as I know that some people do this to earn extra money.

What can I do next?

The Cat in the Fiddle store located in the shops at Lakeside on Preston in Plano does this. They don't guarantee to do everything, it depends on what you want done and the fabric. The shops are at Preston and Spring Creek.

I buy a lot of unique baby gifts there and they monogram.

Willow Bend mall has an embroidery shop called Embroidery Express on the 2-nd floor near Dillard's. I know they do shirts, so probably can work for your needs too.

I know the Super Walmart on the Tollway and Park has an embroidery shop. Maybe one near you will have it too? If not, it still isn't too far to go.

I'm not trying to be a party pooper, but it isn't a good idea to have a name visible on a backpack. Some creep could see it and then knows your child's name. Then when you aren't around, he'll say "hey, billy, I'm a friend of your mom's and she asked me to pick you up from school today." Since he knows your child's name, your child is more likely to go with him.
