Dallas Moving and Storage! They are a Plano company with a top notch staff and owner. Call and speak with either Red (the owner) or Erika (office manager). Tell them B. referred you!

We used Mayflower when we had a short distance move to our current home.

They were wonderful, on time, helped me tremendously, provided boxes, etc. It was less than $1000. We were not moving from an apartment.

Our move was only 3 miles or so....to cut the cost, we moved a LOT of things ourselves and saved all the heavy and big stuff for the movers.

I used the The Apt Movers. They charge $75 an hour for Friday through Saturday and $65 an hour for Sunday through Thursday. Or they can do a set fee based on what you are moving. It was less than $300 for a 2 bedroom apt.

Quiverful - http://www.q-f-m.com/

This is the movers that delivered my daughter’s furniture. They were pretty good. They deliver for the baby store I bought furniture from – but they also have a regular moving service. I liked them. They were efficient and careful.

Not sure how much they cost - but they are worth checking out.

Try Apple Moving DFW. Not sure on the rates. http://www.applemovingdfw.com/

Check it out.

What my husband and I did we hired this guy we knew that would work on odds and ends at our home and asked him if he wanted to earn a few bucks. You can maybe pay someone to do it for you that you know. You know some people will do anything to make some extra cash and it will save you big time when moving.
