Moving to Novi and Looking for a Pediatrician Please!

Park Pediatrics is right at Grand River/ Beck Rd. in Novi. It's next to Providence Park Hospital (brand new). I have had good luck with all the dr.s in that group.

My two daughters see Dr. Susan Laurent. She is affiliated with three hospitals (St. Mary's in Livonia, Beaumont in Royal Oak, and I think Providence).

She is a single doctor practice and runs it the old-fashioned way - no double booking appointments, office manager and assistant are always the same and know everyone, she calls you back right away when you have questions or concerns and will even call you to follow up on any concerns she has or to check up. So far, she's great! I've only been with her for the last three months, but my toddler has been in multiple times for swine flu, yeast rash, etc. and my newborn has been a couple of times too.

Anyway, she came recommended by some other friends and I really like her. There is never a wait when you get there and that means no other germy kids getting yours sick when you show up for wellness exams.

I have gone to Child Health Associates since the day my now 13 yr. old son was born. I love all the doctors there...see link below. They are very close to Novi and practice out of Beaumont...which is a great hospital.

Children's Hospital is one of the highest rated hospitals for, you guessed it, CHILDREN!
They have an office called "My Kids Doc" on Twelve Mile in Novi.

My two boys are also patients of Dr. Laurent -- we've been with her for over two years and she's wonderful. I completely agree with the last poster. She's extremely accommodating with appointment times, we never wait more than a few minutes, and never feel like we're being rushed out. She also takes my "mom's intuition" seriously. Even if she thinks it's not necessary, she'll send my kids for further tests if it's what will make ME more comfortable. I like that because I never worry that she hasn't listened to my concerns and I never feel dismissed. I also really like the fact that if I need to speak with her, she either takes the call right away or calls me back promptly.

Welcome! I like Dr. Daniel Rosenberg. Located at 12 mile and Haggerty (not sure if you know where that is). He's affiliated with Royal Oak Beaumont. They have just moved to a new office and while I don't care much for their new office I do like Dr. Rosenberg. I just moved to Novi last year from KY. I found Mammasource to be very helpful!

We have taken our 2 year old here since birth. This office is located on Haggerty just south of Pontiac Trail. There are five doctors in the practice. At one time or another we have seen all of them. We actually went in for a consulation before our daughter was born to have any questions we had to be answered and they were very willing to do this. Is was a blessing since it was our first child and all. We had our minds set that we did not want to vaccinate our child and all you have to do is sign a waiver to do this each time vaccines are to be a part of the visit. Blessings on finding a great pediatrican. We were referred to this practic by a friend along with have referred several others whom all love the entire staff at the office as we do as well.
