I hate to be the one to tell you this, I really do, but PLEASE see a Dr. soon. I have MS and all the symptoms you describe are similar to mine. There are books out there that tell you how to get MS under control naturally, which I read and followed for a long time, now I am too poor to stick to my "diet" of all organic foods, and eliminating those I am allergic too. I still eat raw nuts and seeds for snack, but that is about all I can do and my symptoms are coming back after a remission of 30 years. Being too tired, or living in a hot humid climate is also not so good for us. I was a nursing technician for a long time and had a battery of tests done at Baylor University in Dallas, I didn't self-diagnose. I hope your symptoms are something else, but only a Dr. and tests can determine that for sure. Considering, having been a nursing tech and not comfortable with meds, except if diet and life-style doesn't work, if I tell you to go to the Dr. then I must believe what I say. That's what my children say anyway. They usually ignore my suggestions for diet and life-style and/or humor me but I have been so on target so often, NOW they listen. I hope you do too. Please see the Dr. and ask specifically about MS. Thanks for listening.
